The next meetings of the BSA Scotland telephone support group are on the evenings of 17 March, 21 April,19 May and 16 June 2009. Find out more here.......

Do you stammer?  Do you live in Scotland?  Do you want a chance to chat with other people who stammer?  If you do, Stephen Wilson and Andy Whittall, facilitators for the BSA Scotland Telephone Support Group, really want to hear from you.

You might have something you're keen to talk about.  You might find speaking on the telephone difficult, or you might want to practice some speech therapy techniques. You might even just want to listen.

Whatever you want to use the Telephone Support Group for, this is your chance to speak out, safe in the knowledge that there are people who understand on the other end of the line.

At previous sessions there have been talks about what happens at the various self-help groups in Scotland and an update on the International Fluency Association Congress in Dublin but there is always time for more general discussion. Up to eight lines are available at this group, facilitated by Andy and Stephen. Put the dates in your diary…

17 March, 21 April, 19 May and 6 June 2009

Simply phone this number: 0845 458 4180 just before 8.00 pm on the scheduled evening of the meeting and you'll be put through to the Telephone Support Group, where you'll be given a warm welcome by Andy or Stephen.

Dates of future meetings will be circulated in Blether and the BSA Members' newsletter and posted at http://www.stammering.org/scotland/telesupport.html and at the Scottish online support group http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/speakingfromtheheart
